4 Foods That Burn Fat and Help With Fast Weight Loss

Because of all of the nutrients and protein found in eggs they will satiate your appetite for longer periods. You will feel full and be less likely to snack on junk food.

2. The second fat burning food which will help you lose weight quickly is raw nuts. Nuts are packed with protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. They can help your body maintain it's fat burning hormone levels and they also keep your appetite at bay as a healthy snack. Avoid roasted or salted nuts though as these are completely different and are filled with salt and fat from the cooking process.

3. Our third fat burning superfood is berries. If we have eggs for nutriets and protein, nuts for healthy fats that leaves a healthy source of carbohydrates - and that is what berries give you. Not only that, they are tasty! I would recommend eating 2-3 small portions of berries as a snack. Blueberries are particularly tasty and also contain lots of antioxidants. This will keep your blood sugar levels down which in turn will remove any cravings for junk food.

4. Our third fat burner is Green Tea. Green Tea can be taken in capsule form or as a hot drink. It's fat burning qualities come from it's ability to raise your metabolism, something which normally just happens after exercise. The higher your metabolic rate, the more calories you burn while at rest. You could be drinking green tea right now as you read this and getting your body working away at burning calories. Easy.
